Notes on happily living gluten-free
Ooh yum. I'm not quite so ambitious, but my standard breakfast this week has been mixing a tablespoon or so of pumpkin puree (leftover from the half can I didn't need when I made pumpkin cheesecake last weekend) in with vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and granola, and voila-- fancy-feeling breakfast in under 2 minutes.
